We will gladly refund any defective product and exchange any unwanted products, within 30 days of arrival.
There is a 30-DAY WARRANTY on the watches, for manufacturers defects ONLY. This does not cover damage due to wear and tear and water damage. We have a very sharp-eyed returns examination department, so we can easily determine manufacturers defects from wear and tear.

Let us know whether it is a refund, exchange, or repair under the manufacturers warranty. Please, provide your order number, and approximate date of purchase.
You will receive a return code in the email. Please, enclose this code to the package when you send it to us. We will as well provide the address where you should send the item you want refunded, exchanged or repaired.
